Guest Speaker, Sloan Rachmuth President - Education First Alliance NC
Education First Alliance fights for the equality of dignity and of opportunity for all K-12 students in North Carolina's educational system
Sloan will address Critical Race Theory within the North Carolina Education system. Following her presentation, we will have open discussion from the floor and community leaders. The public is invited and encouraged to participate in civil discourse during this forum.
Coastal Carolina Taxpayers Association (CCTA) has selected CRT as the topic of their next meeting on Tuesday June 15th at 7 PM in the Stanley Ballroom downtown. The keynote speaker will be one of the founders of Education First Alliance which has been working diligently across the state against CRT. The protest/rally will now be located outside the entrance to Stanley Ballroom 249 Craven St. at 6 PM with signs to show opposition to CRT prior to the meeting. Further all will be able to attend the CCTA meeting at 7 p.m. to hear what Education First Alliance has to say about CRT.
