Dexter Liu is a naturalized American Citizen whose parents escaped China in 1949 before the Communist occupation.  His father served in the Navy of the Republic of China (Free China) and as Taiwan's diplomatic envoy from 1935 to 1987. 

At the September 24th monthly GOP meeting, Dexter discussed what is historically happening in the United States, could be the transformation of America into a socialist state, maybe eventually communism.
